Class Descriptions
50/50
- Half of this class is concentrated on cardio; the other half is concentrated on strength training.
Ab Attack
- Challenge your core with this functional class utilizing the stability ball and mat.
Ball Buster - A great all levels class incorporating the stability ball and free weights for a more balanced body.
Body Sculpt - Turn flab into "fab" with this class! Strength drills utilizing weights and resistance bands will help you to build lean muscle.
Butts & Gutts - Blast your core and glutes to a more toned middle section.
Cardio Dance - No dance experience necessary! Have fun learning different styles from hip-hop to salsa you won’t even realize your working out.
Cardio Blast - A truly amazing cardio workout involving kick boxing, step and interval training. What a calorie scorcher!
Cardio Kick & Tone - A high energy kick boxing class that will increase your cardio fitness level and tone and firm those problem spots!
Gentle Yoga - Great for all levels, even beginner with a gentle approach to yoga.
Hatha Yoga - Focuses on basic yoga postures, deep breathing and relaxation.
Hi/Low Aerobics - Burn calories while utilizing the step for a challenge or work can be modified to the floor.
Interval - Shorts spurts of cardio between strength training drills; interval training is a very effective way to burn lots of calories!
Kick & Tone - This high energy, multi-level workout is great for all levels. Half cardio kickboxing half
Pilates Express
- This class will strengthen, tone and stretch your body to a healthier you. Combines Mat Pilates and Basic Yoga movements along with props and bands.muscle toning.
Power Pump - Build and sculpt your muscles using free weights, body bars and bands. Challenge your strength with this all-levels class.
Power Yoga - A slightly more challenging yoga class focused on flow, heat and power.
Free Classes for Seniors - Seniors Welcome! Multi-level, equipment based, total body conditioning class designed to increase strength and flexibility. Chairs provided for support.
Step Aerobics - All levels welcome for this high-energy step class.
Step & Sculpt - Half of the class is focused on cardio utilizing step aerobics drills; half of the class is focused on strength drills utilizing weights and resistance bands.
Strength Conditioning - Build strength, lean muscle and burn extra calories all day long with this class! Great for increasing strength and burning up those calories!
Tai Chi - This calming workout will focus on healing and rejuvenation. Great for relieving osteoporosis, back pain and stiffness. (no martial arts)
Tone & Firm - Sculpt your body into a tone and more firm you. By utilizing free weights, bands and stability balls you will burn calories and create a beautiful body.
Total Body Conditioning
- This class will have you building muscle and strengthening your core. Incorporated Cardio Blasts will keep your heart rate up for that extra calorie burn.
Yogalates Fusion - A combination class incorporating free bands and light weights to create a strong powerhouse and lean beautiful muscles
